This is to confirm that the Council of the Chamber of Advocates has agreed that Law Firms should benefit from a discounted rate on membership of the Chamber.
At a Council meeting held on Monday 26th February 2018 it was resolved that with effect from 1st January 2018, Law Firms having ten or more advocates as partners, associates and/or in employment, including self-employed advocates attached to the Law Firm, listed on the Law Firm’s web-site, shall benefit from a 20% discount on the applicable membership fees, on the understanding that all advocates within that Law Firm shall be enrolled as members and that the applicable discounted membership fee shall be paid to the Chamber by the Law Firm and not by the individual lawyers.
