Particular attention should be given to Art. 5, in which with the present regulations one can now apply to the Lands Authority requesting to transfer/assign his rights to his son/daughter in the event he would like to retire from the commerial activity.

The transitory provision – every request granted and undertaken before these regulations will be examined again. Every scheme existing prior to these regulations is terminated.
