The MFSA has launched a public consultation entitled “Raising the Bar for Company Service Providers”. The consultation runs until 22 November, 2019 and proposes a revision of the regulatory framework for CSPs.
Members are invited to submit their comments to the Chamber of Advocates on info@avukati.org by latest 15 November, 2019 to enable the drafting of a comprehensive reply to the consultation by the Chamber.
