The Annual Company Law Conference 2021 was held yesterday, the 17th of November, to a packed audience inside the conference hall at the University’s Valletta Campus. The event featured an excellent line-up of speakers who presented their views around the theme “Recent Issues, Challenges, and New Directions in Company Law” followed by a round table discussion centered around the Present and Future of Maltese Company Law.
