The Chamber would like to share the updated Guidelines for Fees.
The Chamber would also like to inform you that a sub-committee had been appointed, comprising of Dr. Patrick Galea, Dr. Pawlu Lia, Dr. Mark Vassallo and Dr. Anna Mifsud Bonnici, which sub-committee finalised the amendments that need to take place for the tariffs which are listed in the COCP. This exercise was presented to the Minister of Justice. The Chamber is hoping that the government will agree with these tariffs, which have not been updated since 1995, and that as a consequence a legal notice will be published with the necessary amendments.
