Interpretative Note on Relevant Activity for Lawyers
Following the publication by the FIAU of the Interpretative Note on Relevant Activity for Lawyers, the Chamber of Advocates will be holding a training session for lawyers with a focus on this document.
The session will take place on 10 November 2020, from 2pm to 4pm through Zoom Webinar and will be delivered by Dr Diane Bugeja and Dr Malcolm Mallia.
The speakers will analyse the content of this Interpretative Note, with the aim of fostering an understanding amongst attendees as to what activities/services should be classified as relevant activity or otherwise.
The speakers also welcome questions in advance in relation to this Interpretative Note to be discussed during the session and these can be sent to the mailbox info@avukati.org. There will also be time for questions during the session itself through the ‘Chat’ function on Zoom.
