The 2-hour session will consider the key shortcomings flagged by the FIAU in their published administrative penalty decisions and the FIAU’s expectations in relation thereto. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions about their compliance obligations in relation to salient concepts, including the Business Risk Assessment, Customer Risk Assessment, Source of Wealth and Funds, and others.
