Quarterly Law Seminar

The Chamber is organising its first Quarterly Law Seminar for 2022 on Wednesday, 19 January 2022, at 12.00 noon. Dr Kurt Xerri, a resident lecturer within the Department of Civil Law at the Faculty of Laws and who also serves as an advisor to the Housing Authority, will give a talk entitled “The Limits of State Intervention in the Private Rented Sector: Fifteen Years of ECHR and Constitutional Jurisprudence”.
