Quarterly Law Seminar – New Publication – Studies in Maltese Regulation: Financial Services Law

This seminar is being organised in conjunction with the Malta Chapter of the International Society of Public Law and will be addressed by three speakers who will discuss issues arising from the regulation of financial services, including the role and performance of public regulatory bodies in Malta.
The event will also serve as an occasion for Dr David Fabri to discuss some of the issues, controversies and objectives raised in his latest publication entitled Studies in Maltese Regulation: Financial Services Law (MidSea 2022). Dr Fabri is a long-serving member of the Malta Law Academy’s Advisory Board.
Speakers:
Prof Tonio Borg will introduce the subject and make preliminary remarks;
Dr David Fabri as author of Studies in Maltese Regulation: Financial Services Law (MidSea 2022)
Dr Arthur Galea Salomone shall speak of his reaction to the book in the context of his vast experience in the financial services sector.
