The Chamber of Advocates recently sponsored Dr Tonio Borg’s latest publication “Ġustizzja bi Tbissima, Stejjer Umoristiċi”, a collection of humorous incidents, anecdotes and happenings that took place within the Law Courts, lawyers’ offices, Magistrates and Judges’ chambers, courtrooms and corridors of the Courts’ building.
The book, published by Kite Group, was launched during an event hosted by Chief Justice Joseph Azzopardi inside the Criminal court room followed by a book signing reception at the Chamber premises. Besides the no holds barred stories recounted in this book, this publication should be of particular interest to all lawyers since it features Judge Victor Caruana Colombo’s duets which he used to recite during the annual Sant ’Ivo luncheon.
