Refresher Session on the NRA, BRA and REQ for Members of the Legal Profession

The Malta Law Academy will be organising a refresher session on the NRA, BRA and REQ for members of the legal profession. This event will be held on Tuesday 5^th March 2024, from 14:15 to 16:00 hrs, at the Chamber of Advocates, Valletta.

14:30 – 15:15 – Update on NRA – by Dr Pauline Saliba, Executive Secretary, National Coordinating Committee on Combating Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism

15:15 – 15:45 – Update on BRA/REQ – by Dr Malcolm Mallia and Dr Diane Bugeja, Members of the Chamber of Advocates’ Sub-Committee on Anti-Money Laundering

15:45 – 16:00 – Q&A Session – with a representative from the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit
