Talk by Prof. Avv. Claudio Consolo – 14.10.2019

The Chamber of Advocates proudly welcomes Prof. Avv. Claudio Consolo, Professor of Civil Procedure and Professor of Arbitration and International Arbitration Law at La Sapienza University in Rome, Italy. Prof. Consolo has had a distinguished career, and is recognised as an authority in civil procedure at both a domestic and international level. He has been published extensively and has written several legal papers in law journals and has held a number of important appointments.

Prof. Avv. Consolo will give a talk at the Chamber of Advocates on Monday, 14 October 2019, at 12.30 hrs, on issues of civil procedure in civil law and in common law jurisdictions.
