Membership in the Malta Chamber of Advocates is open to all advocates who hold a warrant to practise law in Malta. The annual membership fee is valid from 1 January to 31 December, and membership is automatically renewed each year unless the Chamber is notified in writing by 30 November of the preceding year. Fees: Maltese and Foreign Member €150 annually. Pro-Rata charge if joining after 6 months in a given year. Newly warranted lawyers can benefit from a 50% discount if they submit their membership application in the same year of obtaining their warrant. 20% discount for law firms submitting more than 10 members.
