PRELIMINARY NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The following is a Chamber of Advocates Announcement pursuant to the Statute.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Chamber of Advocates announces that its forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 11^th June 2026. Further information relating to the AGM will be announced at a later date.

PLACING OF MOTIONS ON AGENDA

Pursuant to the Statute, members have a time period of 12 days from today, Tuesday, 12th May 2026 to notify the Secretary General of any motions which they wish to move at the meeting.

Ten or more members may give written notice of an appropriate motion to be moved at the AGM. A statement of up to 1000 words explaining the motion may accompany such motion.

The request to include motions on the agenda of the general meeting referred to above shall be submitted to the Chamber in electronic form to:

The Chamber will not accept any motions received by members after the Tuesday, 12th of May 2026.
